All items are shipped using either registered post or courier, depending on weight.
Costs:
Ireland: €8.00 per 30KG.
UK and Europe: €30 per 30KG.
€35.00 Customs charge for: Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia & Montenegro.
€25.00 Customs charge for: Bulgaria, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Romania, Switzerland, Tunisia, Turkey.
Because we hold our own stocks we can offer same or next day despatch. Occasionally we may not have some items in stock, and delivery will be delayed. Goods in stock will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Other goods may take up to 10 days to arrive (As a general rule all orders are delivered direct to you within 3-4 working days).
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT SHIP GOODS TO ANYWHERE OTHER THAN IRELAND, THE UNITED KINGDOM, EUROPE, OR, AT OUR DESCRETION, THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. WE WILL NOT SHIP TO ASIA, MIDDLE EAST OR USA AS A PREVENTATIVE MEASURE AGAINST FRAUD. ALL FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS OR ATTEMPTED FRAUD WILL BE REPORTED AND PURSUED TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW. ALL IP ADDRESSES ARE LOGGED. TRACING IS EASY, SO YOU ARE WARNED - DO NOT ATTEMPT A FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with the product that you purchased, A refund will be given only for any unopened product excluding any shipping charges, and will be given ONLY under the following conditions:
1. Only Unopened Product or Bottle will be accepted for refunds. Items must be returned via commercial carrier or the post office, at the customers expense, within 30 days from the date of purchase.
2. Customer MUST email info@gfplantspares.com to request a Return Authorization Number, prior to returning any products.
3. A credit will be given your credit card; a compensation in products; or a credit will be given to the existing account. This will be determined before the item is returned.
4. No refunds will be given if the above conditions are not met.
