Oil Monitoring System - FLUICON

The main function of the FLUICON Fluid Management System is to safeguard stock, provide traceability of each fluid dispense, make the operator responsible for his own usage of fluid stocks and, as an option, to upload data to the FLUICON Manager Software for analysis and costing. In addition the levels of up to 8 tanks can be seen and the contents of a waste oil tank can be monitored in real time.

The illustration on the right shows the main elements of the system:

KEYPAD: programmed to reflect the requirements of the installation. Up to six fluid delivery points can be controlled from one keypad with total simultaneous dispensing. An optional Ticket Printer is available. The operator selects fluid type from numbered buttons and follows on-screen instructions to gain access to system ( using PIN). A pre-set or free dispense can be made with the system recording the data programmed into the keypad ( some options are date/time, fluid type, dispense point location, volume requested, volume delivered, operator name/PIN, job no., vehicle no., mileage, price, cost, profit etc.).

POWER SUPPLY: provides 24V DC for system power from 100 to 264V AC mains supply

SOLENOID VALVE: opened by Keypad to start fluid flow and closed at the appropriate time

PULSE METER: standard version gives 100 pulses per litre of fluid flow for measurement.

REMOTE DISPLAY: large LED digits provide visibility of fluid flow, at a distance

PC INTERFACE: permits connection of one or more keypads to Com Port of PC: RS232/RS485/USB

PRINTER: transaction reports are printed either via your PC or by ticket printer wired to keypad
